Office Hours are typically from 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday. If you are experiencing an emergency after hours, please contact 911. Regular appointment hours are 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday through Friday, with evening or early morning appointments made available on a case-by-case basis. Appointments typically last 45-50 minutes.
Many insurance plans are accepted. Please call with questions or concerns about your coverage. You will be responsible to pay your co-pay amount at each session. As a courtesy to you, we bill most insurance companies directly, but you are ultimately responsible for your account balance.
All information shared with us will be held in the strictest confidence and will remain confidential. No disclosure of information about your visits will be given without your written permission or as mandated by legal requirements.
